Terms And Conditions
Orders are shipped only in accordance with the terms and conditions provided herein.
Acceptance of an Order Acknowledgement by the Purchaser shall be considered assent by the Purchaser to any terms provided herein.
Orders will be immediately acknowledged by WintrolSales.com automatically via email to the email address provided by Purchaser at the time of order placement.
Orders will be activated one (1) business day after the date of acknowledgement, giving Purchaser sufficient time to verify that Purchaser's order pending in our system is accurate as described in the Order Acknowledgement.
Purchaser must notify WintrolSales.com via email within one (1) business day of any discrepancies or errors in the Order Acknowledgement.
Purchaser will be advised of the projected ship date(s) via email as soon as WintrolSales.com is advised of part availability dates by Truth® Hardware.
WintrolSales.com will ship all orders in the order received as parts are available. All orders for parts are shipped FIFO (First Order In / First Order Out).
No order may be cancelled or terminated without prior approval.
All published prices and discounts are subject to change at any time to reflect changes in cost.
In the event of a change in price, the price of any product on order will be the price in effect the day WintrolSales.com ships the order.
All taxes imposed by any government authority on any transactions between Wintrol and Purchaser shall be paid by the Purchaser.
