Does WintrolSales.com maintain an inventory of Truth® Hardware?
No. WintrolSales.com is not a stocking distributor. WintrolSales.com division of Wintrol, Inc has a special distributor relationship with Truth® Hardware. Orders for Truth® Hardware are consolidated daily and are placed directly with Truth® .

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Lead times are dependent on Truth® Hardware's prevailing production/shipping lead times at the time of order placement. Lead times vary by item and normally run from a few days to two weeks. In some case these lead times may be longer, up to four or more weeks. Long lead times of three or more weeks are rare and are dependent on market conditions and item ordered.

How will my online order be processed?
Your order will be immediately acknowledged by WintrolSales.com automatically via email to the email address you provide at the time of order placement. In order to guard against error your order will be activated one business day after the date of acknowledgement, giving you sufficient time to verify that your order pending in our system is accurate as described in our acknowledgement to you. You will be advised of the projected ship date(s) via email as soon as we are advised of part availability dates by Truth® Hardware. Wintrol will ship all orders in the order received as parts are available. All orders for parts are shipped FIFO (First Order In / First Order Out).
